General Work Out Assistance

Why hello fellow members of market basil, i would like some assistance for those familiar with working out. What im looking foris previously when i used to workout before stopping due to the lack of leisure time i would split the work outs into upper body one day and lower body the other, knowing that it was slightly less effective. Now starting back over i would like to split the upper body work outs with their targeted area, but not exactly sure which combinations of upper body to choose from ie. core and back or something along those lines, i'm looking at approximately 4 days for working and one day designated for work.

The simplest method is just to alternate between deadlifts and squats, while doing upper-body work-outs as well. So, say, one day you do Squats, Bench-Press and Chin-Ups. Next time you do a deadlift, military press and some dumbbells. No need to worry about your core as if you do the exercises properly, your abs will be more than fine. After that, just worry about nutrition and eating enough. No need to worry about targeting specific muscles or muscle confusion or any of that kind of stuff, it should be more than enough for your first two years of lifting.
