what got you started into drawing/art? i am seeking for some understanding of certain peoples there are some people who know that they're artistically challenged and accept it, but then i see others who aren't so great but always try to improve. these people are at least middle schoolers, i've even met college students who try to improve their skills. so do these late-bloomers start drawing because of games/shows? if you're one of them, have you drawn ever since you could remember? not to be offensive but i wish i wouldn't see certain people struggle and get depressed about their lack of skill, and instead go and do what they're good at...i'm sure everyone has their own talents.
what do you think of this idea basil okay so i desperately need repetitive practice in order to improve, so i was thinking, what if i drew [b]every single maplestory character in every possible outfit? ! ?[/b] starting from noob clothes and slowly transitioning into higher level equips, characters will become more complicated to draw, and i will force myself to render them in my best ability. maybe i won't do every single character that ever existed, but maybe take a couple from each class and level, etc. i will probably draw npcs as well. okay maybe i'm psycho. but my professional art idols are what they are because their job forced them to draw hundreds of characters. i feel like i can get better if i just keep drawing like a machine. i c
