Decent/real Se is glitched for Evan
I noticed with any SE my maximum critical damage does not increase at all. The rate still works, but I guess it's one of our disadvantage at the moment for people who cannot hit max each.

There is a maximum? Anyone know what it is?

That's because maximum critical damage has a definite cap. We already reach this with our skills, therefore Decent SE is only used for the critical rate.
