Which to use?
So I'm planning on scrolling my Dragon tail weapon and I'm unsure whether I should use the 20% tempest scrolls (w/2.2k NX shield scrolls) or use the 40% tempest scrolls (w/2.2k NX shielding scroll AND 4.4k NX protection scroll) as 40% has higher chance and might save a lil more money in the long run..

Yeah but lets say.. 4 20% dont work but 1 40% works, i save $2.20
you're not going to save money if you do the 40%s because you'll be buying the protection scrolls which costs twice shielding scrolls
