I met this girl, she had just moved here from Virginia. She was great. Right off the bat we clicked and life was good. I treated it as a summer fling and as soon as school started we went our separate ways. She got a boyfriend, and I got a girlfriend. Both of those relationships didn't last long because our summer fling impacted us each more then we had each though. We ended up leaving both of our significant others to be together again. Time for some truth! How many of you guys are closet nerds? All throughout highschool I played maplestory in secrecy. I liked anime in secrecy. I was a pretty popular kid in highschool. I had a lot of friends and I was pretty well liked. But all four years i told not a soul that I liked these things. I was a little embarrassed I that I liked these things, not going to lie. I was captain of the soccer/baseball team and a pretty athletic kid. I lived far from the "nerd life" while at school, but as soon as I was home in privacy I drooled over my anime, pokemon and maplestory :P. Now, 19 and out of highschool, I don't hide it anymore.
