Minimum wage problem So I worked at an asian restaurant as dishwasher for 35 hours. They told me after that I get paid 5 bucks an hour because 40 hours of training. This is in BC canada. Is this legal? I worked 11 hours per day and I asked them if I can get more. Is there any way I can sue them ? I'm 18 years old and I got no overtime.

Right food and exercises for building pecs/ muscles I've searched in google and asked some people for food, but I don't exactly know what to eat. So far, I'm eating almonds and variety of fruits for snacks.. Also, for exercises, I'm doin cardio, weightlifting, crunches, planks(?), and other basic ones. Any advice on specific type of nutriition I should eat and specific exercises I should do to build abs? thanks

Start doing deadlifts / squats? I've been working for a good year now, got from 65 pounds to 225 in benchpressing . However, I was always scared to do deadlifts and squats because of back injuries from improper form. I cannot get a trainer to help me with form. Should I just start doing light weight and try do it or just stick to leg presses?
Barbell Curls gym question I have been going to gym well over a year now, and I am wondering why my biceps aren't growing / getting stronger. I rotate muscle groups ( 2 days for arms ) and all I have been getting are basically chest and leg improvement. I can bench 175 but I can't curl 40's . Any tips or recommendation I should do? It feels like my bicep is weakest point of my body ( my bicep barely has peak unlike other poeple at the gym)
songs transferring from itunes from iphone5 I have around 900 songs on my itunes, but when I tried syncing the entire music library, the iphone 5 only has around 300 songs. There are the same 900 songs on my itunes, but they are not on the iphone 5. I still have the songs on iphone4 , and I am wondering if anyone could help me. thanks
Creatine for teenager I am 18 years old and worked out for just over 1/2 a year. I heard creatine is natrual but can be harmful if i don't drink enough water. Does anyone else take Creatine along with other supplements? I am wondering if i should get creatine ( already consuming whey protein) .
