I'm getting it every 50 mins and the wind archer is my last one, but I never get it .___.

I only get it every 50 mins u.u
Some characters get the invite at 50 minutes from the hour only.
The rest get it twice, once at 10 and another at 40.

well the notes say 8am to 12am but i get them nearly all day so i'm not sure
