Personally, I prefer the air.

My flatmate is an arse. He doesn't clean up after himself, and expects me to do most of his crap for him. He never goes out, doesn't party or bring girls home, and provokes women from sleeping here. But he has a good job and pays on time and pitches in for groceries..

I have never fought with my roommate or housemates. If there's an issue, we discuss it.

Not a roomate, but my sister. I put water in her bowl of rice while we were eating dinner because she got me angry, she threw water at my face, I whipped a piece of meat at my face, I almost took the jug of water to pour on her but my mom stopped me. Good times good times. But after we acted normal and never apologized to each other.

I had a room mate in a town home during highschool when I moved out the day I turned 18. She was the worst room mate you could possible have. She was not only pregnant, but she had tons of black guys over every night, stole my food and contacts, would get high and drink all the time, ripped door knobs off of doors, and broke the toilet and continued to poop in it weeks after it had been nonfunctional (I was out of town when this began). Oh, and it's Las Vegas, right? Why the hell would you use the heater during the middle of May, which she did excessively.

Needless to say, my current dorm mate is the best room mate ever because we just ignore eachother.

Yea. I fought my roomy in Street Fighter 2.

We got into a fist fight once because we both had to poop and were arguing about who would go first

Needless to say, the room didn't smell great after we finished fighting

We're both still best friends, except now we share a suit and have our own individual bedrooms

My roommate is annoying as ...god knows what.

She never stops talking, even when I have headphones in.
If she's not talking to me, shes always talking on skype or on the phone.
