Is there a point in putting any points into fatal blow or flashbang? Will they be a prequesite for anything in 4th job?

Is there a point in putting any points into fatal blow or flashbang? Will they be a prequesite for anything in 4th job?

Flashbang is amazing because it just looks awesome.
And Fatal Blow is just fun to fool around with.
Neither of the skills is a necessity, but they're nice to have.

FlashBang comes really handy at least for me
there are things that 0HKO me if they hit me, like empress. and her attacks land on me like 5% of the time.
With FB she never hits me
flash bang is good if u need a little more avoid to get 100% avoid to get shadow meld all the time
fatal blow=only used for balrog
Fatal Blow, not really.
Flash Bang is a decent party skill if you don't have any more skills to throw SP into.
You have to use up a certain amount of SP before advancing/adding SP into 4th job skills.
Also, why not? Just put your points into it.. It's not like you can benefit from leaving them unused.
