Post-revamp, post-tempest opinions on best Ua?
Anyone? For clarification, I'm in Nova and I have 250m for funding. I want a class that has a fast attack speed, with little to no delays between skill casting. I don't care about DPS per se, just seeing lots of numbers and lines.

What should I prioritize buying first? Atk wg? %Luk?
Shadower. Theives are the only ones which have a healing UA, and shadower is better because NLs need inventory for stars.
The worst is probably Sair, due to reduced inventory space for bullets.

Why waste time with a UA when you can either make a regular Adventurer or virtually every other class that's better? UA's are a complete waste now, unless you're a Thief.
