From my experience and the various threads I read while I was permanently banned (mistakenly), Nexon tend to not unban people with a time-limited ban. I know a few people who have received 30 day bans recently and their appeals have been denied and have just been told to serve out the rest of your suspension.

My advice: look on the bright side, at least it's only 30 days.

Spamming doesn't work. I barely even spammed but eventually he said "any further tickets will not be honored" and well. Now my tickets are closed without comment.. ;_;

There might well of been a hacker in your party. I've heard a few people this month on Broa who have been banned by association.

Also, not to be 'that guy'. But if you were leeching at sh during times to, that could be your answer. It's ridiculous the amount of hackers and leechers and sh/hoh these days.

i have been banned permanently for the 2nd time... and both those time the gm has lifted my ban.... last time was a few years back this time was just today...

i'm pretty sure killing a monster that a hacker has touched is bannable, so it taking their loot and a whole bunch of other things that people consider still being legit/innocent. Basically treat hackers as if they had some deadly transferable disease and it'd be best to stay away from any maps they might be in. That's what i do and i haven't been "wrongfully banned."

I hope they don't take til the ban is over to get back to everyone, seems as though alot of people were wrongfully banned.

same happened to me.. i was training at crockys and there was a party with a hacker ksing is and suddenly, BOOM, banned till 12 march....

Attempt to send in a ticket, be as descriptive as possible, and hopefully they will release the ban, but from what ive seen, normally temp bans are never released early

I got banned too for the same reason at the same place o_o. I wasn't hacking either, but... log a ticket. I'm waiting to see what Nexon has to say.
