Nexon Disregarding Tickets?
So how long does it take for nexon to respond to a ticket?
I sent one concerning my old maple account because the verification e-mail never reached my inbox.
After I sent it, I waiting 2 weeks and send a few more. Today I sent 2 more and now all of the tickets except one is says it's been "closed my GM"...
Why would they close my tickets rather than respond to them? lol

I sent a ticket. Got a reply in 20 mins.
Oh good lord stop spamming tickets! THIS is why no one gets their tickets answered because people like you send ten a day. Send one ticket and wait. If I were the guy answering tickets I'd ignore you too. Happy Valentines.

If tickets don't work for you, try posting your problem in the forum.
I made the same ticket to get my old account back and it took them 2 months to get back to me. But once they did it was cleared up in 1 day which I was happy about. Its very random with nexon though.

Took me ~2.5 years for a response and it was a crappy one too
Even if they reply. They give you a half-a** response(automated response undersigned by a GM). I understand the volume of tickets they may be receiving per day but... talk about being disrespectful.
the longest time i had to wait for my ticket to be answered was 2 years...no joke man

It takes them a few hours up to a few years to answer a ticket.
