Still no luck guys?

I also have that problem. Tried to zak yesterday but it wouldn't let me go in. A few others that i talked to also had a similar problem.

I actually get a message saying that I can't enter right now but they didn't provide a reason. I'm pretty sure I've done everything correctly

It works for me. I completed the prequests on my Luminous. Although there are dc glitches at Quest 1 and Quest 2 (JQ). I am not sure if I dc on my desktop because I actually did the prequests on my desktop the first time on Luminous. It only took me few minutes to finish the JQ.

The other day I helped a friend to do the prequests on my laptop and I was the one that dced like 2-3 times. And when we were done, I told those 2 to go through that white portal and both of them dced lol. We had to redo Quest 1 like 4 times lol. I went to do the JQ. I was guiding a friend. I gave him some tips. So I was waiting for him and after maybe 15-20min I dced, but he managed to finish it.

And I can fight Zakum without dcing, so I don't have any issues with Zakum itself.
