So the SP reset is finally here and I was wondering if we will lose out skills such as
the Potential HB and SE?

Anything in your beginning skill set. 'beginner' skills do not get reset.
you dont lose those.

When nexon gives us sp resets, I believe you're talking about the ones like in CS, don't we get to pick the skills we would like to reset?
If so then no we don't lose our skills such as hb and se.
The only way for your skill to disappear is for you to either
1. Get rid of your skill (not sure if the skill is still in your skill book)
2. Nexon wipe out our keyboard.
3. Nexon removes the skill.

It doesn't affect Beginner skills, so no.
