Red Leaf High is definitely worth it
At level 197 - 200, I purchased 22 Red leaf keys in the CS, thats 22 full runs!
After a completion of every run it was about 10+% and 8m runs.
So its definitely worth it if you get the keys before the sale!

U just figure that out?
OT: since the quests are repeatable only once a day and most of ur exp comes from quests, I don't recommend doing red leaf high too many times in one day.

i only used the free keys and got from 197-199 w/ 86%exp...
of course RLH is worth it, i have two toons, one at 167 and 168, you think I would actually grind them? GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, terribly slow to grind in the 160s. I log onto ms just for RLH and thats it, see you tomrrow. In fact once RLH is gone Il proably break on MS till its out again.
RLH is worth it from 30-199, or whatever level it starts at, do RLH.
Hmm well I guess its mostly worth it 190+

Well I bought them yesterday when they were on sale so 400x each and 11 for 4000 NX. But No I'd level up every 8 or 9 keys . Complete runs ~

I'd recommend you to do SH rather than RLH. I assume Maple is still doing weekend 2x exp events so you should try to capitalize on that. It's really not worth the money to do RLH before then--unless its the free daily runs or you're trying to farm Closeness for totems.
@NewFoundAce: Quick question, how much did each key cost you? I can't get into the game to check myself.
Also, did it take you around 4 to 5 keys to level up each time? 'Cause I have to get from 196 to 200, so I want to know just how much NX I would have to spend. o.o

Yea actually levelled to 200 and thanks! But it is worth it if you have the nx to spend
