Question about Pdr ?
So I know PDR reduces the amount of defense of the enemy that is accounted for, but does the % actually work that way? What I'm asking is if they have 10,000 Def and I have 60% PDR, does only 4,000 def apply? But most importantly, does 100% PDR result in all enemies having absolutely no Defense? o.o

Ive wondered that myself, and am not really sure, i thought i saw somewere were the monster has to have PDR? Not sure, hopefully a pro will answer soon.
