Since db requires certain skillbooks (flying assaulter, shadow meld, and mirror image) plus 10+, how do you raise the skill to lvl 11 in order to use the book?

@cherryfilledpie the books says "Condition: Skill Level 5+/10+"
what? you just use it when its level 10
