Is it worth switching weapons?
I have a 188 atk alchupiz and I know that in the revamp the speed will be changed. I also have a 114 agares bloody polearm with 7 slots left and I can perfect it but if I do switch it I lose 30% str because I have to switch gear in order to equip (160 dex). Is it worth it to switch weapons?

switch. usually if your weapon is less ugly then you'll feel stronger as well.

If you need to switch gear in order to reach DEX requirements, then you're doing it wrong and shouldn't use the weapon.
keep the alcupiz for now, and if you want to spend the effort/time, you can merch up such that you can equip the agares without losing too much %str
