Hey guys serious question here

Hi Basil! I was wondering if you knew any ways I could get a teacher fired from my school. She 'teaches' a music class.
I don't want to go off on a tangent here BUT if you need information I will not hesitate to tell you as the teacher is EXTREMELY unprofessional (her 1st actual year teaching).
Thank you guys

Get parents to complain and she'll be out of there in no time but maybe cut her some slack? It's her first year

I did but my little brother is going into her music class next year and I wouldn't want him to deal with that.
He's really good at the instrument he plays and it would be a darn shame if he just stops doing that. It's natural talent.
Did the instructor explicitly say he quit because of her? Is so, then follow @KilIerCombo 's advice to get her fired.
YES! He told ALL of us (EVERY STUDENT).
The teacher was FULLY aware he left because of her.
I do NOT disrespect my teachers, I know they're there to help us learn and to a point deeply care about us.
HOWEVER she is the exception. She gossips about students, drove the instructor to the point where he just had to quit.
She is completely unprofessional and she does not deserve to be a teacher. A teacher is a title that someone should be proud to have not disgrace herself.
Maybe she legitimately don't know anything about music, or perhaps you don't understand how the Socratic Method works....?
Trust me dude one of the instructors quit because of her. It's not us. That instructor/coach was there for 9 years before she came and ruined the program.
The thing is, if she has already gotten in-trouble for the bad-deed she has caused as a teacher, then she can't be fired for it now.

"She does not care about the students whatsoever and has made it more than clear with everyone....", well, you act that's their job. It isn't. There job is to make sure they give the teachings to their students. Not to care for them. Their only responsibility is to make sure you're safe in the school, not outside of it.

"I really don't like it that students that are really passionate about music and go to our school have to face her and not learn anything because of her.", I mean, either way, you'll have to take the classes in your schedule. Especially if you ARE in High School, you're required to pass it for your High School credits. If they were that passionate and in-love with Music, they wouldn't care too much about the teacher stopping their passion. Most teachers are naturally non-sophisticated. But hey, they have a degree for it. You don't.
I see what you're trying to say. Thank you
But I'm not going to stop and get a new teacher.
While it IS her first whole year, she CONSTANTLY does not know the basics of music.
@Above there's a difference between picking on a teacher and legitimately not wanting said teacher there because she can't and refuses to properly teach her students.
It's like being in a Geometry class but the teacher doesn't know the distance formula but forces students to teach the class. Yeah thought so.

Can I also add that the boosters that fund the program have actually gone to the AP and complained about her.
If I can get a petition and get a HUGE number of her former and current students and the instructor that quit because of her do you think it would be effective? More than just one student complaining.

Record whatever goes on in class so you have proof of what she does. I had a video of someones mom cursing out a student and got the girl suspended (some dude f.king forced me to show the principle and he knew I had it cause I was laughing so hard and people saw me holding my camera)

She mostly likely won't get fired. I complained about a teacher multiple times with evidence last year. I even got my friends to complain about her. Sadly, her ugly ass is still in my middle school.
You must not understand.

Getting a teacher fired is extremely difficult. You would have had to experience such a difficult illegal time with her in-order for her to get fired automatically.
I go to law school, I know my sh_t.

OT: I hardly THINK you experienced anything illegal. Like s33x in class, etc. Other than thinking she's "annoying" wouldn't change anything.
Well she has left the students in the music room without an adult many times and YES she has gotten in serious trouble for that.
It's not that she's annoying, it's that she really does not know anything when it comes to music. She does not care about the students whatsoever and has made it more than clear with everyone.... I really don't like it that students that are really passionate about music and go to our school have to face her and not learn anything because of her.

Lol, it sounds like you go the middle school that I used to be at, except she's been there for like 4 years now.

Guys, technically she's been teaching for four school semesters but it's her 2nd year right now at our school.
You think because it's a music class she'd know how to READ music and CONDUCT and treat her students with RESPECT.

If it is her first year of teaching then it wouldn't be that hard. Just get a lot of kids and parents to complain about her.
