Are they good so I only get the lag the servers give?

Alright...WELL if you look at my last post in the tech section its talkin about my new computer and all the lag im getting in towns..Like 1 frame per 10 minutes lag and when attacking mobs I die because of all the intense lag. The computer I have is a Windows 8..The last computer I had was a windows 7 but people have been telling me that the processor in this computer is far weaker then the one in my old one and I want too make sure before I take this one back today that If I switch from windows 8 too 7 I will NOT lag anymore...1 Friend has told me windows 8 doesn't matter and many others say it does..So this thread is about if windows 8 is the cause of this lag. if you want the specs for this comput
Refurbished or Brand new? Eh well im in a predicament atm..Well My family would like too know which is better a refurbished..Or a brand new computer? If I get a brand new its only gonna be and i3 processer with I thik 2.7 hgz if I get a refurbished its going too be i5 with 3 hgz I think its called hgz lol SO which do you think is better? they both are the same price (400)
