How Can I Get Unpermabanned?
When I try to login, it tells me to contact their billing email. When I did, it tells me (to make a long story short) that I charged over $100 to my Nexon account, then tried to refund it. However, I did not make these charges. I checked the rankings, and my characters are still there, so they've only blocked me from accessing my account.
I've tried to email them, and send a ticket with my brother's account, but they haven't responded to either. I'm thinking about calling them, but I watched some youtube videos of people calling them and felt discouraged. I know Nexon takes a long time for everything, but I really don't have anything else to do in my spare time. I spend the majority of my time doing homework, studying, and hanging out with friends, and with the 2-3 hours I have free every week not doing anything, I would usually play Maple or Vindictus. I've been playing for 4-5 years so I'm bummed that they would ban me for something I didn't do.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get unpermabanned, and has anyone every been permabanned by billing and reinstated?
PS: Nexon sent me an email saying they want me to pay $100 to reinstate my account.. wtf.

College grants, my tuition is payed and I get an extra $1500 a quarter but I'm not using that to pay for something I didn't do. I thought Maple was F2P >.<

I don't have a job, and I didn't charge $100 to my account and refund it. Why should I pay money for something I didn't do?
you're not banned, you're just blocked. that's why your char is still on rankings. the only way to get your account back is to settle things with the billing department. if they are unforgiving about the $100, then either pay it or kiss your account goodbye.
i've gotten this block before, but got it resolved with the billing department (was their mistake after checking). my account was unblocked after 2 days of emailing back and forth with billingpp. of course this was 2 yrs ago, so who knows how the billing department is now ;[

I have 5 characters over level 150 and over the past 5 years I have spent a good deal of NX on that account, including on my DB which was difficult to fund. I'm not too keen about retraining until I am at that level.
