It will ONLY affect all the characters on your account IF you get a Storage expansion coupon.
It's RANDOM, so you might get an Equip, Use, Etc or Storage expansion, no way to tell which one you'll get before you accept it.
If it's not storage, it will ONLY affect the character you accept it on.
(And yeah, I hope they're not including Setup slots, cause I know which one I'll end up with in that case... )
Is it really that hard to figure out?
I hope my worst enemies gets set-up slot.
