Food experts of basil, i choose you

Alright, so i'm doing this religious thing where i have to give up something i like to do, for 40 days. I chose giving up eating meat. That's not the issue in this though. Now i never was the kid that cared what i ate, i just ate and actually never got fat. The thing is, those years in elementary about that food pyramid and stuff were spent by me not listening. I know that's my fault, google it, blah blah, but i'm actually concerned about my health now. Now that i won't be eating meat for about ~38 more days actually i won't be getting the proteins or whatever meat has that'll be beneficial to my body. My real question is: What foods can i eat that have about the same stuff my body will need from meat, without eating meat itself?
