Mihile isn't strong early, they are like Hero, late bloomers.
Their skill Radiant Blast is mobbing skills, so i'd say they are good mobbers. As for 1 vs 1, they get a skill called Four-Point Assault; At Master Level: Damage 360%, Number of Attacks: 4, Blind Chance 40%, Accuracy -30%, Duration 100 sec, Critical Hit on final attack. But wait! They also get a skill called Roiling Soul: At Master Level: Damage +60%, Critical Rate +20%, Minimum Critical Damage +15%, Duration 240 sec.
Overall, i am going to say they're good class.
