I changed Windows Xp to Windows 7 Problem Help Pls

So I recently changed my desktop from Windows XP to Windows 7 and I put it in the Restore Image.

The problem that is scaring me is that my Factory Image button is red and says 940MB free of 13.4 GB
Please can somebody help me fix this problem, if it helps when I turn on my computer I have two options , : go on windows 7 or windows XP .

Thanks guys ( PS Im really scared , so can you guys please help. )

If the red color is what's scaring you, the red bar is just a warning to you, that that drive doesn't have a lot of space left inside it, nothing is wrong with it.

Leave it alone. If it turns blue, it's actually wasting hard drive space.

when you installed windows 7, you installed a bunch of files for it to work.
that is just a partition of the factory setting/etc for wen you want to reformat later if any problems occur.

it's completely normal since you won't be using that amount and it shouldn't have any effect on your daily usage of the left hdd.
