Question on Special Scrolls
Okay, so I've been farming some 20% Scrolls and 10% Gm Clean Slates from the tempest shop. I was just wondering if these were considered as 'special scrolls' and if your Lv of Diligence would affect the % chance of these scrolls working.

Only Potential and enhancement scrolls I think.
I think it does, And I hope it does cause I'm doing this to
