You need either the original "recovery" CD that came with your computer or an original Windows installation CD to reinstall Windows.
Some computers have a "hidden recovery partition" on their hard drive that contains all the files needed, so you don't need the CDs, but I'm not familiar with your brand of computer. You'd have to look in the documentation for your system to find out if that feature is available.
If you can give us more info about your computer's BRAND NAME and MODEL NUMBER (look for a label on the back or bottom of the computer) then we might be able to help you look this info up.
