Whats your daily workout?
What do you do daily to look like a bamf? During summer i used to do a ton of crunches/leg lifts/bicycle/push ups/sit ups/all that jazz until i got back pain (Preventing me from doing more than 50 sit ups now).
So i also need suggestions on how to work out abs without straining your back.

edit// to work your abs without straining your back, you could try using a mat, laying on a carpet or using one of the decline benches at the gym. You could also do the Mason Twist which shouldn't hurt your back.

@TheAxelFenrir:
Kind of, but I don't think they specifically target your abs (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)
I just do 50 squats a hour if I feel like it.
Planks are pretty good to do.
