What are the best skills to use mastery books on?
I'm guessing sword mastery and gigas wave a pretty good but I really have no idea. What do you guys think?

What are the best skills to use mastery books on?

I did Expert Sword mastery, Unbreakable, Gigas, Nova 30, then blade burst 20 cause those were the books I could find at the time. Now I'm maxing Advanced Tempest Blades (No points in dragon barrage, I find it completely useless)
Try to get Expert Sword Mastery, Advanced Tempest Blades, and Unbreakable Will maxed ASAP. These skills instantly add permanent damage and set up a nice base for your class. You should then max Gigas Wave followed by Blade Burst, Inferno Breath and Dragon Barrage. Nova Warrior is last since it is generally hard to obtain and you really don't "need" it until much later. Hope this helps.
