Vaguely worded Potential stat
Hiya. I've been cubing an E-wand 4 and trying to milk the potential attributes since it's only two lines. The last cube got me 4% ATT and 4% Magic. I'm happy with the magic, but I'm curious: would it be wrong to presume the ATT bonus, as it doesn't delineate between Magic of Weapon ATT, would apply to either? Should I re-cube and aim for Magic ATT specifically? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. XD

Actually that potential line DOES exist. (Not yours, if you didn't get that)
From what I understand, the % indicates the likelihood of your effect occurring (say, 5% chance of ice,) while the level indicates the potency of the effect (lvl 10 ice freezes longer than lvl 5, and such.)
