Basilmarket doesn't have a built-in ability to upload images directly to the forum.
Instead, what you have to do is first upload the image to a picture hosting site like photobucket, tinypic, imageshack or any other hosting site.
Then the site gives you a URL for your picture that you copy into your Basilmarket message.
That way people can click the link and see your picture from the picture hosting site like this one I uploaded to dropbox:
