Cant link skill to another character?
So I just got my mihile from level 50-70, but it won't let me link the skill skill :O
I accepted the quest, click ok, and it directed me to the button. but when i click it, it says something like "you can't link this until you're level 70"
I leveled to 71 to check, still no dice.
Do I have to wait a day or something? What's going on? o.o
