So I'm doing the crusader quests to get coins, but I'm not getting any renegade coins, just regular, or how do you claim them?

So I'm doing the crusader quests to get coins, but I'm not getting any renegade coins, just regular, or how do you claim them?

Ok, just finished a chapter and got the reward, gotta follow both of the comments, thnx gaise
After each chapter you receive coins.
