Depends what your standards are. But even if you are really picky and going for the best output possible, you can make up for it by stop adding base Dex and use Dex from gear to get what you need additionally and then take as much advantage as possible of Luk/Atk gear. xD

Well, you COULD have put more in, but you're still in better shape than a lot of NLs.
