Failing University Courses Expecting troll answers, but hoping to see some with actual insight as well. *here's hoping This is my first semester in university and I've had a really hard time focusing because I don't enjoy the material I'm learning/courses I'm taking. I went into my Calculus Exam with a 58% and I'm pretty sure I failed the final which is worth 30%. Which most likely means I failed the course resulting in an F. Since the F stays on your transcript, will it really affect my chances at becoming successful in the future and actually making something out of myself?

Sending flowers? When is it appropriate to send flowers to say your girlfriend? Is it appropriate to send them while she's at work? Does it have to be a basket or can it be a bouquet? What would you send along with it? A note? A card? Wanting to send my girlfriend flowers but I'm not sure as to whether it's appropriate or not. She likes orchids, so would it be okay to send her those? P.S she works cash at the front in the movies if that changes anything. Thanks for the help! Much needed.

Retaking Courses/Dilemma Need some opinions here. I took 3 courses this semester, Calculus, Physics and Chemistry. This is my first semester of University. I've gotten the result back for 2/3 courses 56% & 59% and my last final exam is tomorrow(Expecting to get around the same percentage for this one). My problem is the percentage required to take the corresponding course is 60% which I failed to meet, though I received credits for the courses because I did not fail. I have no interest in going further in these fields though my GPA right now sits at 1.67. The main problem this semester was that my hours ran really late so I was half asleep through half of my classes, the other problem was me not enjoying the material or even finding a s
