Cant Log into Main Character

Well, after i think the last patch i couldnt log into my NW. It was about a few days ago.
It was weird because i could still log into my other character on the same account.

It started when i went into this shop, in kerning city, the hair shop, then i somehow lagged way out.
When i log back in, into the same character, it says Error Code something something i/o device error.
But! when i log back into my other character like my DB and Dit, it works perfectly fine, no error, but only my NW. as you see as a Avatar
I was about to start playing it again.
Any help? or has anyone had the same problem?
