Leafer monsters different now?
Did all the leafre monsters get a whole lot stronger? Because my 98 outlaw hit misses on a stupid dragon turtle...I was going to train on some newties, but then I saw the misses and assumed I wasn't even going to get near the newties...
Also, if they did get stronger, did other monsters get stronger too and where would outlaws have to train now?

Since big bang, you can't train on monsters that is above your level.
Try training on Rash/Dark Rash, pretty sure those are around your level, and have an improved spawnrate. Otherwise, Hobs and Green Hobs just left past those are also very good, and also have an excelent spawnrate.
Where have you been for the entire big bang patch?
