Why when I write a comment it says Im writing a thread? When I comment it say you can only make a new thread every 5 minutes therefor I can't comment befor 5mins pass. On top of that, I can only comment few times a day and after that it say I reached max threads for the past 24 hrs. Why is that and how can I fix it? Does it means I can make infinite amount of threads but only few comments?
i want to make a video about maplestory and post on basil i made this video about mechanics. its not HD but its edited alright. is it ok if i post a bandicam recorded video on basil? do they eccept it? or is it blocked and i cant post it if i recorded it with bandicam (because of the logo of bandicam on the top of the video)?

Every time you go on a PQ you have the same problem, who will i add when no one is here?
