Problem with internet speed Hey everyone! My friend uses a 100Mbps internet speed connection, but for some reason unknown to anyone, his speed becomes 0.1Mbps after a certain hour of the day. He tried to disconnect his internet for about 2 hours and then reconnect but it didn't seem to help at all. what could be the cause for the problem? anyone that knows this stuff and want to help; please do.
Should I format my computer? Google chrome and Internet explorer don't work, I search for something and it doesn't search it, when I do happen to make it work, I have like 5 ads popping up and if I press on the web page, let's say I'm on YouTube and I press on the web page, It will open another tab that is an ad for some financial thingy. I believe I have a virus or maybe more than one of them, and I wonder, should I go through the trouble of trying and downloading an anti virus or should I just send the computer to a technician that will format it for me and fix it 100%?
Really important question if i see on my task manager that i have winlogon.exe open or something like that, does it mean im getting keylogged ? i heard something about winlog or something that kinda make me worry like hell. :~(
