2 star and 3 star enhancement scrolls
I was wondering if there's a risk of the item being blown up if these fail? Also, where are people getting these from?

Ok so just making sure... The untradable ones from the events do have a chance of blowing up but the tradable ones people are selling in FM are safe and do not have a chance of blowing up. Am I correct?
Yeah what losingstreak said. The 2 star and 3 star enhancements in fm are from the mermaid/emerald mirrors in cash shop. Those do not have a boom rate. The ones from events that are untradeable do have a boom rate. If it doesn't mention the boom rate then you're safe to use that version lol.

All the 2-star enhancements I've seen have mentioned that they will destroy the item upon failure. o_o

actually yes they can destroy the item i have a 2 star enhancement and it has a chance to destroy the item, a guy in my guild used a 2 star enhancement on his tyrant cape and it blew up if you wanted an example of this happening
