So like Sybeam said, you can maximize damage using the face accessory + eye accessory + ring + pendant + Tempest set (ignore the weapon or Hat)
The Tempest set is really good for those without tons of money but possibly selling rings/shoulders with potential after the event might rake in the dough

Well i got banned so i don't care
I wasted hundreds of coins getting the full tempest set on my Luminous and the set gives me pretty similar stats. so no, it's not worth it.
if you're getting a set at 120 for free and it has some pretty good effects, then no.
