Help with graphics card? (Desperate) So, Awhile back my desktop computer had a bad graphics card that wasn't enough to play properly on my games or so I thought. My dads friend came over and some how cleaned out the graphics card through the computer (He didn't take it out or anything. He just did some scan and cleaned it but I don't remember how). A few months back, My computer crashed and had the blue screen of death. My dad called someone to fix it and and installed in window 7. When I redownloaded my game the graphics were terrible. I don't remember them doing anything to my graphic card. How do I scan it and clean it through the computer? I appreciate your help, thank you.
Blue screen of dead? Earlier today I was playing on my HP desktop. I was playing this game called HoN till I froze for 5minutes. I got impatient and press the power button. Now, each time I turn it on, the load bar loads half way then it pops up the blue screen. This has happened to me before and I am very upset that it happened again. Does someone know a way to repair this? I don't want my dad to know because he will rage. (I'm 13 if that matters.)
