Dem attack snowshoes
Players in possession of Violet Snowshoes that were illicitly created by the banned hacker character, DOTcurrencyz, will have those items removed and replaced with one clean pair in case they were unaware of the illegitimate origin of the shoes.

They can't. It's highly unlikely, but it's statistically possible to scroll a shoe with attack scroll and use chaos scrolls to keep increasing the stats to favorable conditions. All the tagged shoes will be removed.

I definitely agree with you. Regardless whether people knew this was duped or not, if Nexon can delete them from people's characters, might as well make those items clean while keeping the Potential stats instead of removing it/replacing it by a clean one. Bad business if you ask me, but good for their pocket.
Anyway those VSS could have been duped with Potential all along?

@elloimalex: Most players who bought them knew damn well that they were hacked/duped. No one forced them to cube it to have godly potential.

I don't think that's fair to the players who bought them legitimately and who spent lots of $ cubing them. At the very least just remove the attack from the shoes, but not the potential because attack VSS were duped not the potentials.
