help, funding problems

Hello basil, I know this is like my 3rd thread in 2 days. However, I just got back so I need lots of help. I got about 25m on me and im almost broke. My current equips are scar helm 25 Dec, 3% dex (for stonetooth), 4% str top (with neb), 6% str bottom, 6% str shoes, 4% str specs, evo ring 10 and 17, a bunch of event rings, 10 attack wg and a 125 attack (ignore 15% ignore def) stonetooth sword.

I currently have no cape whatsoever. I have about a 9k unbuffed range at lvl 111. Should I sell my specs to fund other things? I was told specs got duped so now they're like 500m I bought mine a long time ago for like 1.3b. Anyways, I might be able to get nx and I have a friend that buys 1:40. But outside of nx, what would be the best way to get my range highest as possible?
