Can't Add Main Character to Basil.

Yesterday, I submitted a custom image of my main character, using BannedStory 4.0.

I got a mail today saying that the image was rejected

I noticed that my main character wasn't under the character list on my page.

I tried to re-add it, but it keeps repeating in this loop:
1) Add ign
2) Add info
3) Redirected to "Add ign page"
4) Add info
5) Redirected to my profile
6) I check my players list, nothing is there
7) I try to re-add my main character
8) Back to step 1.

My ign is "ltzMiki", lv105 Blade Lord.

EDIT: I'm trying to use the image from the official maplestory website
