No I made a miscalculation
I took your guys's advice and equipped the carte and I now have
30% from carte
30% from aria
10% from luminous
Maybe he's has 30%pdr from Aria Armour...
umm i doubt you'd only have 40% pdr since max aria gives 30%pdr so max that if you dont have it max'd and get luminous to 70 put a 15%pdr on your cane and get hobkingpq set and BAM! 100%pdr right there
30% PDR is good.
pdr is usually good
