I wanna scroll em all with a bunch of 40% Inc Chaos but don't know which would be the most cost efficient to scroll.

1st off let me say no idea on your world (price based whats seen sold in my world)
Clean CHTP (no potential/crap potential) 1b~max + (i dont think alot teams go here /servive with req player for them to drop lol)
Clean RSP (no potential/crap potential) 200m~350m
Clean Fearless pendant (no potential/crap potential) i haven't seen any if the people who have them sell like they sell the fearless earrings odds are you will be looking at max mesos ~ 5b to 10b mesos (not saying a fearless pendent needs chaos scrolled seen how timeless levels up your looking at all stats like 38~45 on fearless more then likely)
