I am BaM level 100 with a 11.1-11.3k range ( cant remember exact range) without event buff, with its 12.8k..

No 4th ring, no eye, no face, no shoulders, no badge

i have about 500-600mil, i can get about 500mil more if needed, where should i start and what should i get to improve my range

35+ int black mesoranger hat or 3% - 6% int hat
40+ int black mesoranger overall or 6% overall
3% - 6% int cape
3% - 6% shield
3% - 6% pendant
4 m.atk silent crusade shoulder
do the ellin forest quest line, at the end the boss drops a m.atk ring.
start completing monster card sets.
get evo ring 3 lv 10.
you can get a shoulder from silent crusade.
get a stronger staff.
get a pendant with % int
shield with % int.
cape with % int.
when you're level 120, go to hoblin pq and complete the set (1% all, 15% pdr)
i just realized you're lv 100. you should level up some more before you upgrade.
That's pretty decent compared to my weak characters. However, you could maybe start buying your evo rings?
Do your zakum pre-quests and try to get a czak from your friend. If this isn't possible, stick with your mesoranger helm.
Try to get a marc of naricain. Most groups will take you for free if you ask nicely, if not, pay the 20m.
Do silent crusade and get a shoulder. Forget badge. Eye and face - obtain these from events. Buy a near max level evo ring (try to get the third version).
Spend the rest on a new overall with %int.
