In need of some good advice
Here's the thing,
There's this guy selling a Blazing Sun Pendant: Scrolled +3 / +5 Magic Attack / No Weapon Attack / +3% int
He wants 400m. So, my question is: Should I buy it or offer less? Is it worth buying? Should I invest those 400m on 12% int earrings?

I currently have a 6% int earring +1% int neb, plus a romeo and juliet pendant with bad pot (no %int at all!). His pendant, however, is horribly scrolled: just 13 int and 9 luk (chaos scrolls fml)-
A MoN is better than that piece
go and buy 12% int earrings for like 300-400mil in scania then buy a 1% nebon
Depends on what earring/pendant you currently have .
