Job advancement before level 30?
If you job advance as a beginner and you're under level 30 do you still get all your SP back? Also does your AP reset or stay the same?

If you job advance as a beginner and you're under level 30 do you still get all your SP back? Also does your AP reset or stay the same?

You get all your first job SP and your AP is reset. However, you miss out on more hp. All classes except mages get more hp gain per level than jobless classes, so you'll miss out on a few hundred HP. You'll usually miss out on MP as well (exception is warriors).
I recommend NOT jobbing a beginner after level 15. That's as late as I'd say the difference is negligible. After that, it's jsut not worth it and you should start over. If possible, advance as early as physically possible on jobbed classes.
